Dell Computer uses a phone room in Islamabad, India. My customer
service rep emailed my Purchase Agreement to the WRONG email address. I repeatedly
stated he should pay attention to the TWO "R"s in a row with HomerRealty@yahoo.com.
Yep, he removed one of the Rs. According to New Mexico law, I had 48-hours to
rethink and decline the contract.

Guess what? I was deliberately lied to. My first lease bill
was EXACTLY 20% HIGHER than what I was quoted. Dell Computer's dodge is that I
should address my complaint to Dell FINANCIAL, since that's with whom I have my
computer lease contract. Funny... it was a Dell COMPUTER rep who got me into that
lease contract!!

I made the mistake of buying an extended warranty that claimed
that someone would come to my site in 48-hours to solve ANY of my computer problems
within the first 3 years. Yep, you guessed it. The Dell Computer service reps
dodged all 3 of my requests. Dell Computer gets really cute. They don't start
counting the days as of when you finally receive you computer, but they start
the count 2 weeks prior when you first placed your order!! Yep, on my last call
the rep was instructed by his supervisor to hang up because it was beyond 3 years
when I ordered my computer, even though it was still WITHIN the 3 year period
when I RECEIVED my very expensive laptop.

I'll never buy a Dell computer, again. If you're buying a laptop
computer for business, get a Gateway, Toshiba, or Sony. Alienware, of course,
for gamers.
