smart and fun idea comes out of Washington DC, rather than Hollywood, and all
the stoggy US Senators piss on it. The FBI could have used the PAM
website for bait to find which psychics with a verified track record were
"on the money" or which terrorists were bragging before the fact. But,
no, the meatheads prevailed, again.

Unforunately, the Pentagon capitulated to criticism and shut down their new PAM
website before the official start date where they would have accepted predictions
and contract bets up to $100. Remember when the pseudo Christians in Congress
kaibosched the Army's Remote Viewing Program, rather than let that research continue
so that it could be used to anticipate future terrorist attacks?
